1 yolk

Filling:
3 apples
pinch of cinnamon
50 g of cranberry
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp silane (or honey)

Topping:
2 apples grand smith
3 tablespoons apricot jam
1 tbsp. l of water

Preparation of the dough:
Sift flour, add ice butter, sliced ​​into small cubes. We grind to the formation of crumbs.
Add sugar, yolks and vanilla extract.
We mix everything up to the formation of an elastic test.
Turn in the film and for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Filling:
Peel apples and cut into cubes.
In a frying pan, melt the butter, add apples, cinnamon and
some water, put out a little.
When water is boiled add silane, mix.
Remove from heat, cool.

Topping:
Apples for the top layer are cleaned, cut into thin slices and sprinkled with lemon juice.

Preparation and baking of tart:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
