500 g of wheat flour
25 g fresh yeast
3 tablespoons sugar (without top)
1.5 tsp salt
1 egg
100 g of soft butter
200 ml of water
200 g grated cheese kashkaval

For lubrication:
1 egg

For powder:
sesame
poppy
sea ​​salt

Preparation of the dough:
Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, yeast, mix.
Add the egg, water and knead with a hook for 8 minutes.
Add the butter.
Add grated cheese and salt, combine together until smooth.
Lubricate the bowl with olive oil and transfer the dough there.
Cover with a film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until the dough is doubled.

Forming and baking:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
The dough is divided into 25 pieces, rolled each into a bowl and tied with twine.
Make a plate with paper, shift the buns, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Lubricate with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds and salt.
Bake for 25 minutes.

*** Additive: you can put a dried tomato in the middle of a bun.
