Chocolate cake with sugar substitute

2 cups of flour (280 g)
1 \ 2h.L soda
3 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 cups of boiling water (cool a little)
3 eggs
1 cup of coconut sugar or a sugar substitute (I took a substitute and added 2/3 cups))
1 cup vegetable oil

Glaze:
100 g of chocolate without sugar
4 tablespoons cream (60 ml)

For decoration:
Strawberry
mint

Preparation:
Oven to heat up to 160 degrees.
In a bowl, mix dry foods, flour, soda, cocoa.
In the bowl of the mixer, put the eggs and beat with a sugar substitute to a lush mass.
Add gradually vegetable oil and hot water whilst continuing.
Add dry products and combine them with a spatula until the test is uniform.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes or to test a dry stick.
Leave to cool on the grate.

Glaze:
heat the cream to add chocolate.
Stir and pour on the cake.
Decorate at will.
