Very delicious biscuits according to the recipe of Linda Lomelino from the book "The art of dessert and photography"


Cookie dough:
150 g of bitter chocolate
150 g of milk chocolate
150 g of butter
1 egg
1 yolk
150 g of brown sugar
90 g of sugar (I did not add)
315 grams of wheat flour
1 \ 2 tsp soda
0.5 tsp sea salt

Preparation:
Melt butter and chill.
Chop large chocolate.
In a bowl, sift the flour, add soda and salt to mix.
In a bowl, combine the butter with brown sugar and vanilla.
Add egg and yolk while continuing to mix together.
Add dry foods and chocolate.
Dough wrap in food film and in the refrigerator for 2 hours (you can leave for the night).

Oven to heat up to 160.
From the dough to form the balls and put on a baking sheet covered with paper.
Bake at medium level for 12 minutes.
