
Crumpet is an endless puff, and on our yeast pancakes with caramel apples.
Dangerous food, but tasty.
for the test:
230 g of flour
a pinch of salt
15 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp with a slide of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
270 ml of milk
50 ml of warm water
2 ring shapes with a diameter of 8 cm
apples in caramel:
20 g butter
3 tbsp sugar
2 apples (cut into thin plates)
Preparation of the dough:
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar and yeast together and leave for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, sift flour, salt, vanilla sugar, all combine together.
Add the yeast to the dry ingredients, pour in the milk and stir.
Cover with food wrap and leave for 15 minutes.
Grease the frying pan.
Wrap the ring inside with oil.
Stir the dough comes up and put a full spoon and a half inside the ring.
Fry on medium heat on each side for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Preparation of apples in caramel:
In a frying pan, melt butter, add sugar and allow it to melt.
