Crumble
75 gr of flour (1 \ 2 cups)
20 g pecan nuts cut into slices
75 g of cold butter 9 cut into cubes)
50 g of brown sugar (1/4 cup)

2 eggs
100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
250 g of honey
a pinch of salt
1 tsp spices
100 ml of vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
240 ml milk (1 glass)
85 ml of water (1/3 cup)
280 gr of flour (2 cups)
75 g ground pecan (3/4 cup)
1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
1 \ 2 tsp soda
3-4 apples

Preparation
Heat the oven to 165 degrees.
Crumble
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, nuts, butter together with a hand crumpled into a crumb.

Cake
in the bowl of a mixer, combine eggs, sugar, honey, salt, spices, butter, milk, water.
Add flour, ground nuts, baking powder and soda and stir until homogeneous.
Apples peeled, cut into cubes and added to the dough, stir.
we pour into rectangular forms of English cake filling by 3/4.
Top with a crumb.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. Check with a wooden stick, it should remain wet crumbs.
Cool on the grate.
