The first will be a delicate, tasty, moist curd cake.
It is prepared very easily and simply.


4 eggs
200 g of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 \ 2 of vegetable oil (120 ml)
500 g smooth curds
280 g wheat flour with baking powder (2 cups)
100 g of frozen raspberries (you can take dried cranberries)
shape with a diameter of 22 cm
25 soft butter
50 grams of almonds cut into plates (1/2 cup)

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Eggs beat up with sugar to a lush, light mass.
Add the vegetable oil while whisking.
Add smooth curd, combine the flour together (do not mix for a long time).
At the end of the berry and mix.
Lubricate the form with butter and sprinkle with almond plates.
Fill the mold with a mass and put in the oven.
Heat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
Cool, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
