for 40 gingerbread cookies we will need:
120 g (1/3 cup + 2 tsp) of honey
120 g (1/2 cup) of brown sugar
80 g (1/3 cup) of vegetable oil
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of ground cloves
pinion of card
1 large egg
320 g (2 cups + 4 tbsp) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp soda
120 g (glass) of powdered sugar
Preparation:
warm in the microwave oven honey for 15 seconds
pour into a cup of a mixer, add sugar, oil, spices, egg and combine until a homogeneous mass
sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix together
add to the liquid mass and knead the soft dough
wrap the dough in a food film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour
heat oven to 170 degrees
tear off a piece of the dough with a nut and roll into a ball, roll in sugar powder
and spread on a baking sheet covered with paper
bake for 10 minutes and cool on the grate
