Honey cake "Ryzhik"

One of your favorite cakes, an old recipe with new photos.


Dough:
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
160 g. butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons of soda (do not quench)

Mix all the products and put them on a water bath.
The mass should become homogeneous,
and increase 2 times.
When you get a light foamy mass to take off from a water bath.
In the hot mass immediately add 5 glasses of flour and knead well.
The dough will turn out to be soft and will stick to your hands, this is the way it should be.
Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide into 12 parts
Roll out a circle on the baking sheet.
Bake in a heated oven to 200 degrees, until golden brown,
approximately 5-7 minutes.
Immediately after they took out the cake from the oven, cut the still hot with a plate (I did a diameter of 24)

1 cream:
500 grams cream fresh + cream sour cream 28% (200 g), sugar to taste whisk together.

2 cream:
500 gr. Cream whip gradually adding a can of boiled condensed milk.
Each cake skim alternating cream.
Cooled off the scraps from the cakes to grind, sift and sprinkle the cake.
Cover the cake with cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
Decorate at will.
It is advisable to leave the finished cake for the night in the refrigerator.
