Bread pudding with cheese and thyme

A quick weekend breakfast is a bread pudding with cheese and thyme.
I like not only adults but also children.



challah
butter
parmesan
thyme
salt pepper
1 egg
1 cup of milk

Preparation:
Lubricate the form with butter.
Halo cut into pieces, put in a single layer.
Lubricate each piece with oil, sprinkle with cheese, thyme, salt and pepper.
Mix together milk and egg, lightly season with salt.
Pour on top of the halo and leave for 10 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15 minutes or golden brown.
