Buns with olives

Delicious and not at all complicated in making buns.


500 g of wheat flour
20 g fresh yeast
2 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
5 tbsp olive oil
300 ml of water

olives
mozzarella cheese

Preparation:
Mix the sifted flour, sugar, yeast in the mixer bowl.
Add olive oil, water and salt to mix for 7 minutes.
The dough should be soft, smooth.
Roll into a bowl and put in a bowl, cover with a film and put in a warm place on the
1 hour or until it increases in two.

Roll the dough into a rectangle 5mm thick.
Using a mold (or a glass, cut out the mugs.

Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes,
or golden color.
We take from the oven grease with olive oil and leave to cool on the grate.
