Chocolate capkake with cream and strawberry.

140 g of butter
50 ml of milk
140 g of dark chocolate
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sour cream
200 g of light brown sugar
100 g of wheat flour
0.5 teaspoons baking powder

Cream:
250 Cream of 38%
50 g mascarpone
1 tbsp sugar powder

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
In a saucepan, preheat the milk and butter until dissolution, remove from heat.
Chocolate is broken and added to the milk mass.
Stir until homogeneous.
Stir eggs with sugar, add sour cream, vanilla.
Gradually lead the chocolate mass and stir.
Add flour and combine until smooth.
Prepared dough pour into molds filling them in 3/4.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes with a stick, should remain chocolate chips.
Cool on the grate.

Cream preparation:
Whip cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar.

Decoration:
Strawberry
melted chocolate
