125 g of butter
3 eggs (divided into squirrels and yolks)
2 cups of wheat flour
1 - 1.5 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
5 tbsp of jam
1 tsp soda
2 tsp spice for gingerbread
5 tsp cocoa

Chocolate glaze:
150 g cream, 38%
100 grams of dark chocolate
30 g of butter

All products must be room temperature.
Sift into a bowl of flour, soda, spices.
In a saucepan, heat the milk, add cocoa, sugar and butter, bring to
boil, cool.
Add dry ingredients to the liquid mass and mix until homogeneous.
Add the jam to mix.
Beat the proteins until firm peaks, add the yolks and continue to mix together.
Accurately enter the egg mass and mix with a spatula.
Take the shape of a diameter of 25 with a hole in the middle, grease with oil, sprinkle with flour.
Pour the mixture into a mold.
bake in a preheated oven to 180 for 45 minutes or by checking with a wooden stick (it should be dry).
Cool, remove from the mold.

Cooking glaze:
In a saucepan, preheat the cream, add the broken chocolate and butter.
Stir until completely dissolved, smooth mass.
Cool and pour a little cake.
Decorate with fruits and berries at will.
