Cover the baking sheet with baking paper
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
3-4 cups of oat flakes
1 cup of nuts (can be made from different)
1 \ 4 cup sunflower seeds
1 \ 4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 \ 4 cups of flax seed
1 tbsp cinnamon
5 tbsp date silicone (without sugar)

Additionally:
0.5 cup dried cranberries
0.5 cup raisins
You can take other dried fruits at will.


In a bowl, combine 3-4 glasses of oatmeal, seeds, nuts, flaxseed.
Add the silane and mix everything together.
Put it in an even layer on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
In the process, stir with a spoon.
Cool it down.
Add cranberries and raisins to stir with granola.
Keep in a tightly closed jar.
