for 25 pieces of cookies you need:
200 grams of butter at room temperature
3/4 cups of powdered sugar / 100 g)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 full cups of flour (300 g)

Preparation:
Sift the flour.
In a mixer's bowl, whip the butter by adding the powdered sugar to a creamy state at a low speed.
Add egg, vanilla while mixing.
Add a fourth of the flour and salt. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough (do not knead for a long time).
Divide the dough into palam, add cocoa to one half and combine it together.
