Sand cottage cheese cake with chocolate

Very soon, the Shavuot holiday offers you a recipe for a very tasty pie with a sandy chocolate base and cottage cheese stuffing according to the recipe נטלי לוי


100 g of butter (room temperature)
200 g of sugar
vanilla sugar (bag 10 g)
1 egg
200 g sour cream
30 g of milk (2 tbsp)
280 g of flour
125 grams of ground almonds
1 \ 2 tsp soda
1 \ 2 teaspoons of baking powder
a pinch of salt
200 g chocolate (finely chopped)

Filling:
200 g of Philadelphia cheese (I took mascarpone)
60 g smooth curds
80 g of sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla sachet (10 g)

form size 25 to 20

Preparation of the dough:
Combine butter with sugar and vanilla with a mixer.
Add the egg, milk, sour cream while continuing to mix.
Sift flour and combine with almond flour, soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add to the mass and mix, add the chocolate.
You should get a little dough sticking to your hands.

The form is pasted with baking paper.
2 \ 3 of the test spread evenly on the bottom of the mold.
The remainder of the dough should be placed in the freezer.

Preparation of the filling:
in a bowl, mix together mascarpone, smooth curd, sugar, vanilla and egg.
Mix all until smooth.
Spread out the dough on top, level.
Top evenly distribute the remainder of the dough (tearing off a piece).
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on the grate, cut into cubes.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 7 days.
If you like more than curd filling you need to increase it 2 times.
