
270 g of wheat flour
1 \ 2 teaspoons of baking powder
60 g of almond flour
220 g of soft butter
100 g of powdered sugar
3 boiled yolks
a pinch of salt
Filling:
jam
Preparation of the dough:
Beat butter with sugar powder to cream.
Add almond flour. Ground yolks, salt, vanilla.
Add flour, knead until smooth.
Turn in the film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Forming and baking:
Roll a dough between two sheets for baking.
Cut the molds in molds, in the middle, make the circles in the middle.
Transfer to a baking tray covered with paper and in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
Cool on the grate.
Spread with jam and mix together.
