600 g of wheat flour
25 g fresh yeast
1 \ 3 cups of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
2 eggs
1 yolk
300 ml of milk
100 g of soft butter
a pinch of salt

filling:
200 g of pecans (you can take walnuts)
100 ml of silane (you can take maple syrup)
5 tbsp brown sugar
cinnamon at will
Nuts chop, add sugar to mix

icing:
3 \ 4 of powdered sugar
3 = 5 tbsp lemon juice or water

Preparation:
In the mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients together and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
The dough should be smooth, shiny, soft and move away from the sides of the bowl.
Cover and leave in a warm place for an hour or until the dough increases by two.

Forming and baking:
Dough to mash.
Roll into a rectangle with a thickness of 5 mm.

Gradually add the juice to the powder and stir to give the desired consistency.
Get out of the oven and glaze and leave to cool.
