Products for batter:
250 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
150 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
0.5 tsp vanilla extract

We take two bowls in the first we connect all dry ingredients, in the second we mix liquid
and combine it with dry, homogeneous mass.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan or saucepan (I check readiness as follows:
I lower the wooden stick into the oil and if the bubbles run through it, it means the oil is ready).
Apples roll in sugar mixed with cinnamon and dip in batter.
Fry on both sides, spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Top with sugar powder.
