350 g of wheat flour
200 ml of water
10 g fresh yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation of the dough:
Sift flour into the mixer bowl, add yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and water.
Knead the dough for 8 minutes.
Cover with a food film and in a warm place for 1 hour or until the dough is doubled.
Approach the dough and roll it into a rectangle 330 by 20.
Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds, dried tomatoes, pressing into the dough.
Fold the dough in three.
Cut dough strips 1 cm wide, each twist and roll in sesame and black cherry ..
Lay the bundles on a baking sheet covered with paper, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
