150 g of bitter chocolate
125 ml of milk
2 tsp cocoa
150 g of soft butter
200 g (1 cup 0 sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
3 eggs
300 ml of sour cream
30 g corn starch
280 g flour (2 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder
For decoration :
powdered sugar

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Milk for boiling and pour chocolate, broken into pieces, stir until dissolved.
Add cocoa and stir until smooth, homogeneous mass without lumps.
In a bowl of a mixer with a nozzle the guitar mix up soft butter, sugar, salt, vanilla
up to a magnificent creamy mass.
One by one we add eggs and combine them well.
Add sour cream and continue to mix together.
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, mix starch.
Add to the liquid mass and mix until uniform.
Add 1/3 light mass to the chocolate mass and mix.
Pour half of the light mass into the mold, from above the chocolate and then light.
With the help of a stick stir while creating a marble structure.
Bake for 45-50 minutes (check for a dry stick).
Cool on the grate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
