
Favorite dough SmM (sour cream + butter + flour) is cooked quickly, it turns out delicious

Products:
1 can of sour cream (200 ml)
1 small packet of flour with baking powder (350 g) I use the firm "Osem"
200 g of butter
For curd filling (for one roll):
250 gr curd
1 eel
sugar to taste
1 tablespoon of starch (without top)
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence (can be replaced with vanilla sugar)
apple jam (optional)
For lubrication:
some milk
For powder:
powdered sugar
Cooking method:
Mild butter, melt, cool a little and combine it with sour cream and flour.
In the fridge for 1 hour.
Cottage cheese preparation:
mix all the ingredients together.
We take the dough and divide it in half.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Roll out half the dough into a rectangle and lay out on it stuffing
from cottage cheese, on top of jam from apples.
Turn the edges inwards and roll with rolls.
We cover the baking tray with baking paper and lay the roll with the seam down.
Lubricating with milk.
Can be rolled up and placed in disposable forms.
bake for 30 minutes or golden color.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
You can make with a thick plum jam and nuts.
