Baked sweet potato with thyme sauce

Delicious garnish version of sweet potato with thahin sauce.
For Winter competition


for 8-12 servings
6 medium yams
1 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. l silane (date honey)
4 sprigs of thyme
3 cloves garlic (crush)
50 g of butter (cut into cubes)

For Thina sauce:
3 \ 4 cans of tholina holmite (sesame paste)
1 cup of yogurt (200 ml) (you can do with water)
juice of 1 lemon
salt pepper

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
It is good to wash the batat and cut it along.
Baking tray cover with baking paper, lay out halves of sweet potato.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, silane, garlic, salt, thyme.
Water the sweet potato, season with pepper and bake for 30 minutes until cooked.

Preparation of sauce:
Combine the pasta with yoghurt, lemon juice and salt.
Stir well until smooth.

For hot sweet potatoes, place the cubes of butter and pour on the sauce.
