Boil until there are cracks on it.
Cool it down.

All ingredients should be at room temperature.
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, stir.
Ricotta is combined with 25 grams of sugar, put aside 0.5 cups.
Eggs combine with sugar powder, add ricotta, butter, vanilla stir.
Add flour, cranberries and mix until smooth.
If the dough is very thick add milk.
