Christmas cake from the winter room Russian Foodie Winter 2015/16

For stars:
150 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
30 g of cocoa
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
60 g butter + slightly to lubricate the mold
100 ml of milk

220 g of flour

180 g of sugar
250 g of ricotta
50 ml of milk
40 g of butter
vanilla

Chocolate glaze:
100 g of chocolate
50 ml cream

Preparation:
Oven to heat up to 180 degrees oven.
Preparation of stars:
Eggs beat up with sugar until light lush mass.
Add the melted butter, combine with a spatula.
Flour and cocoa sift, add baking powder and add to the egg-and-butter mixture
well combining to a homogeneous mass.
Add milk, combine.
It should be a thick, viscous mass.
We spread it into the form, level it and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
Cool in a mold and cut with an asterisk.

Preparation and baking of cake:
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.
Add ricotta, milk and melted butter.
Sift flour with baking powder and combine with egg mass.
We put in mass for the cupcake.
Cut the asterisks tightly to each other in a dough in a row in the middle.
Top out the remaining dough.
Bake for 45 minutes, check for a dry stick.
Cool it down.

Cooking glaze:
Cream warm and pour the broken chocolate.
Stir until homogeneous.

Get out of shape, pour on chocolate icing.
