Dough for 3 pizzas with a diameter of 18 cm:

160 g of wholemeal flour
40 g of wheat flour
120 ml of warm water
10 g of fresh yeast
1 tsp salt without top
0.5 tsp sugar (I did without sugar)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Filling:
I did two kinds of
1. Mozzarella cheese + fig + thyme + honey
2. tomato paste + baked vegetables + mozzarella

Preparation of the dough:
In the mixer bowl, combine sifted flour, yeast, salt together.
Pour in water and olive oil knead the dough for 8 minutes before a smooth dough.
Roll into a bowl and put in a greased bowl, cover with a film.
The dough should increase in two.
Hands stretch the dough in the form of a circle, transfer it to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.

Filling with vegetables:
Evenly cover the flat cake with an even layer of tomato paste.
We spread vegetables and cheese from above.

Filling with figs:
Mozzarella evenly distributed on the basis of pizza.
On top, lay the sliced ​​figs and pour with honey, put the twigs of thyme.
Bake with the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
