Pumpkin donuts

Another month before Hanukkah, and children demand donuts.
Tried a new recipe of Mrs. Dorothy mojewypieki.com, it turned out very tasty.


3 cups of wheat flour
20 g fresh yeast
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup puree of pumpkin -280 g
1 egg
40 g butter and melt and cool
70 g of brown sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix the sifted flour with yeast in a mixer bowl.
