
560 g of wheat flour
25 g fresh yeast
100 g of sugar
160 ml of warm milk
2 eggs
1 ton of vanilla
75 g melted butter

250 grams of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of sugar (or according to your taste)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
0.5 tbsp. l potato starch
1 egg yolk

chocolate paste

1 yolk + half a spoonful of milk
Preparation of the dough:
In a cup of a mixer, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt together.
Pour warm milk, eggs, butter and salt, knead for 8-10 minutes to
a soft, smooth dough turned out.
Roll into a bowl, put in a bowl, cover with a film and in a warm place for 1 hour,
or until the dough increases by two.
Preparation of the filling:
Ricotta is combined with yolk, sugar, vanilla and starch.
Forming and baking:
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Roll out into a rectangle 0.5 cm thick.
Lubricate with ricotta, sprinkle cookies on broken pieces.
