
I saw this wonderful recipe from Lena

It turned out very tasty, and most importantly made without sugar, which is suitable for her husband.
350 g of wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
200 g of butter cut into cubes
1 yolk
200 g sour cream (room temperature)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
For filling:
150 g pecan nuts chop (you can take ordinary nuts)
dried fruits (dates, figs) if desired
300 g of thick jam without sugar
For lubrication:
1 egg + some milk
Preparation:
Sift flour, mix with baking powder and salt.
In a bowl of a mixer to mix together butter and yolk.
Add sour cream, vanilla and mix until smooth.
Pour in the flour and knead the dough.
The dough is divided into 3 parts, wrapped in a film and in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
Each piece roll in a rectangle, grease with jam and sprinkle with nuts and dried fruits.
Roll into a roll, put on a baking tray with a seam down, grease with an egg.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into portions slices.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
