Sweet yeast buns-Butterflies

Delicious, flavored buns with different fillings.



We need 12 buns:
550 g of wheat flour
25 g fresh yeast
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
0.5 tsp salt
2 eggs
250 ml of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
70 grams of butter at room temperature

Filling 1:
chocolate paste
stuffing 2:
250 g of ricotta
100 g mascarpone
sugar to taste
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation of the dough:
In the mixer bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt to add eggs and milk.
at the end of the batch, add the butter and knead for 5 minutes.
You should get a smooth, soft dough.
Form into a bowl, sprinkle with flour and put in a bowl, cover and leave for 1 hour, so that the dough increases in two.

Forming and baking:
Dough the dough and divide into 12 equal parts.
