Yeast pie (kasher le Pesach) with meat and dried fruits

dough:
350 g (one packet) of the ready-made yeast mixture of the firm "Osem" (kasher le Pesach)
1 large egg
120 g of warm water
70 grams of margarine flavored with oil
3/4 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

filling:
350 ground beef
3 tbsp pine nuts
1 medium onion (cut into cubes)
1 tbsp paprika sweet
1 tsp salt (or according to your taste)
ground black pepper
3-4 dried apricots
1 \ 4 cup dried cranberries

for lubrication:
1 yolk + 2 tbsp water

Preparation:
In the mixer bowl, combine the mixture, egg, salt, sugar, olive oil, water and melted
margarine.
For 5 minutes knead the dough to make it soft and smooth.
Cover with a film and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.

Preparation of the filling:
In a dry frying pan fry slightly nuts and paprika, cool.
On vegetable oil fry the chopped onion, add the stuffing and mix.
Season with salt, pepper.
Put the mass in a bowl add dried fruits (cut into cubes), cedar
Nuts and mix.

Forming and baking:
Work table sprinkled with starch dough roll in a rectangle 30 cm long and 1/2 cm thick.
Spread the filling on the beginning of the rectangle and roll into a roll.
We put it into shape, fasten the ends.
Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
We make incisions with a sharp knife or blade.
Lubricate with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.

My notes:
The dough turns out to be very soft and sprawled when twisting, filling stuffed half,
from the norm. The pie turned out delicious.
