A biscuit with cherries and apricots.




dough for 3 biscuits:
250 g of flour
125 g cold butter
3-4 tbsp cold water
4 tbsp sugar

6-8 apricot

1 tbsp almond flour

Cooking and baking:
The dough is divided into 3 parts, roll each into a circle.
