Very tasty, moderately sweet with a crispy, sandy crumb pie.


shape with a diameter of 20 cm
6 yolks (140 g)
1 cup sugar (200 g)
1 can of sour cream (200 ml)
80 grams of ricotta cheese
1 and 1 \ 2 cups of flour (210 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4 g)
65 g melted butter
2 medium peach peaches
10-15 cherries without stones

1 cup of flour
1 \ 2 cups of sugar
100 g of cold butter.

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
In the bowl of the mixer, put yolks, sugar and whisk for 5 minutes to a light, lush mass.
Add sour cream and ricotta.
Sift the flour and baking powder, combine together and add to the egg mass, mix
to homogeneity.
Add the butter and mix.
Fill the form on 3/4 spread on top of the sweet cherry pressing it into the dough, top
plates of peaches and the rest of the dough.

Preparation of the scraper:
Rinse together the flour, sugar and diced butter until crumbs.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
