Dough:
375 ml of milk
25 gr fresh yeast
10 g of sugar
600 g of wheat flour
25 gr of butter
7 gr of salt
For lubrication:
50 g of butter (melt)
Filling:
1 round camembert cheese
Sift flour into a bowl of a mixer, add yeast, sugar and salt stir well.
We pour in warm milk, melted butter.
Mix for 9 minutes until smooth, soft dough.
We roll into a bowl and put it in a bowl spilled with flour.
Cover with a towel and in a warm place for 1 hour.
Approached dough knead, divide into 4 parts weighing 150 g.
Roll each ball into a rectangle, thinly (preferably on paper for baking.)
We take a shape with a diameter of 18 and cut out a circle.
Lubricate each with butter and put on each other.
Using a knife, make cuts, so that we get 8 triangles, not reaching the end of the circle.
Each triangle is cut in half and flipped backwards so that the ends look out of the circle, forming a kind of flower.
Now each half of each triangle is rotated around its axis inward.
The ends are fastened together.
We collect the remaining trimmings together and make another circle, in the same way as above.
We divide it into 4 parts, not reaching the middle.
Spread the cheese and wrap it around the dough.
Put the cheese in the middle of the flower, sprinkle with flour.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
