Bread with cheese and basil-Pull Apart Bread




Dough:
500 g of flour
25 g fresh yeast
1 \ 4 cups of sugar (50 g)
2 tbsp milk (30 ml)
5 eggs of size L
10 g of salt
200 g of butter cut into cubes

For filling:
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
20 g of butter
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
2 sprigs of caraway or rosemary
1 teaspoon honey
basil leaves cut
150 grated gouda cheese or kashkaval

For lubrication:
egg

2 forms of English cake or round shape with a diameter of 20 cm.

Preparation of the dough:
Sift flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk and eggs into the mixer bowl.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
