Cookies with oat flakes, seeds and jam

1 glass of sunflower seeds
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup whole grain flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
75 g of butter
1 yolk
80 ml of silane (or paper)

jam crimson without sugar

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cover the pan with baking paper.
Fry the seeds in the frying pan lightly.
