Galeta with apples and cranberries

The calendar has come autumn, but we are continuing the summer.
Heat and humidity, but there are clouds from which it seems that rain will rain,

Soon the Jewish New Year, apples and honey, the smell of baking and cinnamon.
And I've got more worries, I'm looking for recipes for baking without sugar, but for it to be delicious.

1 and 0.5 cups of wheat flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 cups of boiling water
0.5 cups of vegetable oil
a pinch of salt

filling:
1 tbsp butter
4-5 sweet apples
50 g of dried cranberries
2 tablespoons apricot jam without sugar
cinnamon

Preparation of the dough:
Sift flour, mix with salt and baking powder.
Pour the boiled water and vegetable oil.
Knead the dough and leave for half an hour under the towel.

Filling:
Peel apples and cut into cubes.
In a frying pan, melt the butter, add apples, cranberries, cinnamon and
some water, put out a little.
When the water boils to add the jam, stir.
Remove from heat, cool.

Forming and baking:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cover the pan with baking paper.
The dough is divided into 4 parts.
Roll out into a circle with a thickness of 0.5 cm, roll out the edges thinner.
Spread the filling from the edges of 4 cm.
On all circumference, raise the sides, making small folds, tearing them.
To transfer on a baking sheet, to grease with a yolk to pour brown sugar.
Open the middle of the filling with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
