2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
200 ml of sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Glaze:
powdered sugar
lemon juice

sprigs of mint

Preparation:
Eggs beat up with sugar to a lush, light mass.
Add sour cream, combine together.
Add olive oil, vanilla, mix well until smooth.
Sift flour and combine with baking powder and salt.
Gradually lead the flour into a liquid mixture and combine.
Put the dough into a greased form.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Bake for 40 minutes or check with wooden
wand.
Glaze:
sift the powdered sugar (I do by sight) and gradually combine it with lemon
juice to the state of thick sour cream that flows down.
Pour the cupcake.
Decorate with strawberries and sprigs of mint.
