Bread with three types of flour and nuts.





for 2 loaves of bread:
500 g wheat unbleached flour
250 g wholemeal flour
250 g wholemeal rye flour
20 grams of salt
10 g fresh yeast
650 ml of water
100 g of walnuts (cut)
30 grams of walnuts (finely chopped)

Cooking:
Combine 3 types of flour, salt, nuts, yeast in a mixer cup.
Pour water into the mixer cup and mix together to form sticky dough.
Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 loaves.
Brush with olive oil work place and form two smooth and round balls.
Grease two bowls with oil and put loaves in them, cover with a towel and leave
for 10 minutes.
We again lay it on the table and crush again and form loaves.
Return to the bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Sprinkle the table with flour, crush the dough, form oblong loaves.
Towel or cloth sprinkled with flour wrap the loaf in it and leave in
warm place to increase in volume.
Heat the oven to 210 degrees.
Baking tray sprinkle with small semolina.
Spread loaves, make cuts with a sharp knife or blade, lubricate slightly with water
and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
