Donuts



The holiday of Hanukkah is just around the corner, the children have requested training right now.
As a result, delicious donuts donuts according to the recipe of the Israeli confectioner Miki Shemo.


Ingredients for the dough:
1 cup of flour_140 g

2 cups flour (280 g)

Types of glaze:
Chocolate:
150 g chocolate
125 ml cream 38%

Dough preparation:
First you need to make a brew:
Sift the flour in one glass in the mixer cup, add 10 g of yeast and add 120 ml of water.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes, get sticky mass.
Cover and leave for one hour in a warm place.
Add the remaining flour, eggs, salt, sugar and knead the dough to
flow 8 minutes.
Add melted butter at the end and continue kneading for 2
minutes
The dough should be soft, smooth.
Cover the dough and leave to approach for 30 minutes.
Put it in the fridge for 1 hour (I left it overnight), this process helps rolling
test.

Molding and baking:
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 1 cm.
With the help of molds cut 30 circles



and in the middle of each smaller



Leave on proofing for 45 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, check the readiness with
wooden sticks - go bubbles, oil is ready.
We fry donuts from two sides, for about half a minute each side, until golden brown.
We lay out on a paper towel.
Cover with chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
