Potato pancakes with cheese

6 medium potatoes
250 ml cream
100 g grated hard cheese
salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 egg
breadcrumbs

cooking oil for frying

Peel potatoes and cut into 4 parts, boil until cooked.
Drain and mash.
Add cream, grated cheese, salt, pepper and stir until smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Dip into pancakes with wet hands and then roll in breadcrumbs.
