Cooking:
Heat in the oven to 165 degrees.

In a bowl, sift flour, a pinch of soda, salt, sugar, cocoa mix together.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, yogurt and vanilla extract with a whisk, add chocolate
oil mixture and put together.
Add dry ingredients, mix to a smooth thick dough.
Put the dough into shape, level and put in the oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, check the readiness of the cake with a stick, it should be dry.
Cool for 15 minutes in shape, then turn upside down and cool completely on
lattice
Preparation of cream:
in a skillet on a water bath, melt the butter, chocolate and milk to
homogeneous mass with constant stirring.
Cool the chocolate mass.
Pour in the cream and whip until an airy, smooth cream.
