
Delicious, aromatic pastries will suit both adults and children.
For the test:
2 1 \ 2 cups flour (350 g)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh yeast (25 g)

Dough preparation:
In a bowl of the mixer to mix the sifted flour, yeast, sugar, salt.
Add yogurt, butter and gradually pour in milk.
Knead for 8-10 minutes smooth, soft dough.
Mixer bowl with olive oil and put the dough into it.
Cover with foil and leave in a warm place for an hour or until the dough increases in two.
Cooking toppings:
Combine tomato paste, ketchup, garlic, basil.
Molding and baking:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll into a circle with a diameter of 28 cm.
