Bread with pesto, apple and cheese




for 2 servings of bread:

500 g flour
25 g fresh yeast
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp salt without top
1 glass of water

filling:
1 cup basil leaves
1 apple grande smith (peeled and cut into pieces)
1/2 glasses of grated cheese
1 \ 2 glasses of pine nuts
1 garlic clove
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt

dough preparation:
in the mixer cup sift the flour add yeast, sugar, salt, mix.
Add egg, olive oil and water (pour in gradually).
Knead a smooth, soft dough for 8 minutes.
Roll into a bowl and put in a bowl, cover with foil and leave for an hour or until the dough
will not increase in volume by two.

cooking pesto:
in a blender lay the basil leaves, apple, nuts, olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt
and grind into a homogeneous mass.

Molding and baking:
dough knead divided into 2 parts



roll out a rectangle measuring 30 by 30



grease evenly pesto and sprinkle with grated cheese



roll roll on both sides to the center



put in shape and let dough come



brush with egg



bake in a heated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

If desired, still hot can be smeared with olive oil.

I made one bread with pesto, the second with a filling of dill, garlic, olive oil.
