Ingredients:

rosemary
garlic
bouillon

Thinly and finely chop the potatoes (it is better to do it on a special grater).
Grate the baking dish with half a piece of garlic, pour in a little olive oil.
Finely chop the onion and fry slightly, put it on the bottom of the form.
Spread the potatoes in layers, on top of a sprig of cumin and rosemary.
Fill with meat broth so that it lightly covers the potatoes and put in the heated
oven for about 15 minutes.

The lamb shoulder must first be prepared.
We cut off the excess fat, put aside to us, they are still useful.
Now it is necessary to remove the internal blade bone, carefully, cut it in a circle.
Prick a spatula with a knife and stuff with pieces of garlic.
Heat the frying pan and fry on it pieces of fat, add garlic crushed in the skin.
Salt, pepper and fry the spatula on both sides until golden brown.

Assembly dishes:
pick up potatoes from the oven, lay out the top meat, cherry tomatoes, garlic, sprigs
cumin and rosemary, sprinkle with parsley.
