Appetizer "Cod liver salad"



Fry the baguette pieces on the grill or pan on both sides. Oil free.
Cod liver split into pieces with a fork mixed with diced egg, green onions.
Add ground black pepper, chopped hot red pepper as desired.
On a slice of baguette lay out a leaf of lettuce on top of cod liver.
Served with lemon slices
