Creamy plum ice cream




plum layer:
1 glass of water
1 cup sugar (200 g)
2 tbsp honey
10-12 large plums

ice cream molds or disposable cups
wooden sticks

ice cream:
500 ml cream 38%
1 \ 2 glasses of condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking plum layer:
peel plums, remove the bone and cut into pieces.
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, boil, reduce heat, boil for another 3 minutes.
Add plums and boil down to softness for 5 minutes.
Cool. Grind in a blender by adding honey.

Ice cream preparation:
Beat cream gradually adding condensed milk and vanilla.
Piping bag filled

Assembly:
fill the bottom of the cups with the plum mass, squeeze the whipped cream, a layer of plum mass
and on top of the cream.
Insert the stick and put it in the freezer until it freezes.

Note:
can also be made with apricot filling, raspberry, etc.
