Crispy baby mozzarella



Made on Shavuot it turns out very tasty and the children liked it.

20 baby mozzarella balls
1/4 cup flour
1 egg (stir)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
cooking oil for frying

we roll mozzarella balls in flour, then we dip them in an egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on all sides, until golden brown.
Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
We spread on a dish and immediately served to the table.
