Delicious, fragrant cupcake with apples and nuts with a hint of cinnamon and powdered sttresel

Streisel:

60 grams of wheat flour
1- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
65 g butter

Cut butter into cubes of about 1 cm.
Mix in a bowl, mix flour, sakha and cinnamon.
Add butter and mix until crumbs form.
Put the streysel in the fridge.

Dough:

112 g butter at room temperature
250 grams of sugar
3 eggs
100 ml of kefir
1 tsp vanilla extract
310 g wheat flour
1 tsp drinking soda
½ tsp salt
3 - 4 medium sweet and sour apples (diced
125 ml chopped toasted walnuts

Cooking:
heat the oven to 170 degrees.
In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light, fluffy.
Add eggs, kefir and vanilla one by one.
Combine sifted flour, salt and soda.
Add to the liquid mass and stir until a homogeneous dough.
Add apples, roasted and chopped nuts to connect with a spatula.
Spread the dough into a three-quarter shape from the top and sprinkle with a straysel.
Bake for one hour.
Willingness to check with a wooden stick, it should be dry.
Cool the cupcake for 15 minutes in the mold, and then remove it from the pan and cool it on the grill.
