Fish and vegetable cutlets



very tasty, fragrant, tender cutlets and most importantly children like it very much


for 10 meatballs we need:
1 potato
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 egg
6-8 sprigs of parsley
0/5 cup breadcrumbs (if the mass turns out to pour more liquid)
salt, ground black pepper
2 cans of canned tuna (liquid drain)
vegetable oil

cooking:
peel vegetables, grate carrots, potatoes and zucchini grate.
Onions can be coarse. Finely chop the parsley.
Combine vegetables, tuna, egg, greens, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper together.
Preheat the vegetable oil in the pan, form the patties and fry on both
parties to readiness.
